À la carte rates and packages. Package prices are set by size band. We look up your home in county property records, you confirm the size, stories and driveway, and that price is locked to your address. If the home doesn't match on arrival, we re-quote before starting.

Shown for a 2-story home with a 2-car driveway. 1-story homes pay the same for Curb Refresh and Full Exterior; Total Home costs more because the roof is bigger. 3-story homes add $75 plus a higher gutter rate.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Most homeowners book a package: Curb Refresh, Full Exterior or Total Home. Your price comes from your home's size band (from county property records, confirmed by you), stories and driveway size. Enter your address in the instant estimator to see it. If the home matches what you confirmed, that's the price.
Is soft washing safe for my siding, roof and plants?
Yes. That's the reason to soft wash. Pressure stays low, and we pre-wet and rinse landscaping before and after. We tell you ahead of time if anything should be covered or moved.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to an outdoor water spigot and unlocked gates. We text you when we arrive and send photos when we finish.
Do you use my water?
Yes, we connect to your outdoor spigot.
Can you get red clay stains off my driveway?
Usually, yes. Clay leaves iron stains that standard pressure washing won't lift. We use a dedicated stain treatment. Very old or deep stains may lighten rather than vanish, and we'll tell you up front.
How long does a clean last?
It depends on shade, trees and lake humidity. Shaded North Georgia homes often regrow algae sooner. The Care Plan exists to stay ahead of it.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain usually doesn't stop a wash. For storms or freezing temperatures we reschedule and text you a new time.
How do I pay?
A $99 deposit, paid securely through Stripe, holds your date and comes off your final bill. Custom quotes and homes outside our area don't need a deposit until we confirm a price. After the job, we text you a secure card payment link for the balance.
Do you work with HOAs?
Yes. Send us your HOA notice and we'll quote exactly what it calls for.
